Sunset Island

Sunset Island is a waterfront destination on North Padre Island, where event organisers can enquire about hosting celebrations at Marker 37 Marina. Set beside the Intracoastal Waterway, the property looks out across the Laguna Madre and offers a distinctive coastal setting for weddings, corporate gatherings, family celebrations and private parties.

The venue combines more than 10,000 square feet of wooden decking with private cabanas, covered areas, several bars and a choice of indoor and outdoor dining spaces. This mix gives organisers options for different kinds of gatherings, from a relaxed reception outside to a meal with guests in a sheltered setting. The waterfront location and views at sunset add a memorable backdrop for photographs and social occasions.

Food and drink are available across the wider Sunset Island destination, which brings together several restaurants and bars. Marker 37's event information describes chef-prepared meals, handcrafted cocktails and live music as part of the experience. Organisers can make an enquiry for private dining and provide details such as the event type, date and guest numbers, allowing the team to discuss arrangements for the occasion.

The setting also sits within an active marina, with boating and fishing facilities alongside its hospitality and event spaces. That makes it a distinctive choice for planners seeking a relaxed coastal atmosphere rather than a conventional function room. Whether arranging a wedding celebration, a company gathering or a smaller private event, organisers can explore the available spaces and discuss the details directly with the venue team.
