I.F.D.E.S. Portuguese Hall - Gilroy

I.F.D.E.S. Portuguese Hall in Gilroy offers a spacious, rentable setting for organisers planning weddings, quinceañeras, birthday parties, dances and community gatherings. The hall is suited to social celebrations where guests can come together for a meal, speeches, music or dancing, with venue facilities available to support different event formats.

The space includes bar and kitchen facilities, along with a stage for entertainment, presentations or other planned moments. Organisers can enquire about using the large hall, small hall, kitchen and bar when submitting a rental request, making it possible to discuss which parts of the venue best fit the occasion. Cleanup and security guard services are also listed among the hall's features.

The venue states a maximum occupancy of 250-350, so event planners should confirm the permitted capacity for their chosen room and layout directly with the rental coordinator. A request form allows prospective hirers to provide details such as the event date, number of days and expected guest count. The team can then arrange a venue tour and discuss the rental requirements.

Based in Gilroy, the hall is operated by an organisation that also celebrates and promotes Portuguese culture. Its community heritage gives the venue a distinctive local identity, while its rental offer is open to a range of private and community occasions. Whether planning a wedding reception, a family celebration or a dance, organisers can contact the hall to ask about availability, facilities and arrangements for their event.
