The Ridge

The Ridge is an outdoor venue in Meansville, Georgia, offering space and facilities for organisers planning group gatherings and events. Set across a 385-acre property, it provides a rural setting with room to enjoy the outdoors, away from a conventional indoor function space.

The pavilion is available to book for events, while the grounds also offer ropes course and zipline facilities. These options give organisers scope to plan a gathering around a shared meal or programme, or to include outdoor activities as part of the occasion. The property can suit church groups, community organisations and other groups looking for a setting where guests can come together and take part in activities.

The Ridge is operated by RUSH Ministries, whose work includes camps, retreats, concerts and outdoor experiences. Its Christian ministry background is part of the setting and may be especially relevant to faith-based groups organising a retreat, camp or community gathering. The venue also hosts events organised by the ministry, but organisers can enquire about booking its facilities for their own use.

Located near Thomaston, the site serves groups travelling from communities across the surrounding area. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss facility availability and the options for their planned gathering. With a bookable pavilion and outdoor activity facilities on a substantial rural property, The Ridge offers a practical base for groups seeking an event setting with space to spend time together outdoors.
