223 Main

223 Main is a flexible event venue in downtown Lemont, Illinois, set in a renovated early-1900s building in the town's historic district. Its open-plan indoor space and adjoining outdoor area can be hired together for intimate celebrations and gatherings, with layouts tailored to the occasion.

The venue welcomes weddings and vow renewals, with options ranging from venue-only hire to micro wedding packages. Couples can hold their ceremony on site, and wedding bookings include planning support such as help with the floor plan, supplier recommendations and the event timeline. Day-of coordination is also available.

The space is also suited to birthday parties, showers, graduations, corporate gatherings, meetings, workshops, performances and other private events. The venue describes popular layouts as seating around 50 guests, with capacity for up to 80 seated guests depending on the arrangement and event style. Its indoor and outdoor spaces are wheelchair accessible.

Venue hire includes tables, wooden cross-back chairs, a lighted bar, a Bluetooth speaker, a kitchen prep area and a custom floor plan. There is also an open supplier policy, so organisers can choose their own caterer or other suppliers. Food may be brought in, and food trucks can be arranged subject to venue approval. Bar options include BYOB arrangements and staffed bar packages. Optional services include bartenders and servers, décor, set-up and takedown support, and outdoor heaters. The combination of flexible hire, included furnishings and practical planning help makes 223 Main a useful choice for organisers seeking a smaller, adaptable setting.
