Grand Occasions

Grand Occasions is a small event venue in Florissant, Missouri, suited to organisers looking for a welcoming space for a private gathering. With capacity for up to 50 guests, it is a practical choice for birthdays, baby showers, brunches, gender reveals, repasts and other intimate celebrations. The venue also accommodates micro-receptions and pop-up events, making it useful for occasions that need a dedicated room without the scale of a large function hall.

The space is offered for consecutive rental periods, with time for decorating and setting up, hosting the event, and clearing away included within the booked hours. Organisers can choose from different rental durations, including longer options for events that need more preparation or breakdown time. Availability can be checked and tours arranged through the venue operator, Grand Venues.

Included amenities are designed to help with straightforward event planning. The room has round and long tables, clear chairs, cocktail tables, a kitchenette with a sink, fridge and counter space, and a Bluetooth speaker. Guests also have access to private restrooms, parking and an accessible entrance and restroom. Organisers may bring their own vendors, and alcohol is permitted subject to local rules and any applicable venue requirements. Décor options and rentals may also be available on site.

For event planners arranging a smaller celebration in the Florissant area, Grand Occasions offers a dedicated setting with useful basics already in place. Its size and facilities make it especially appropriate for gatherings where guests can share a relaxed occasion in a private, bookable space.
