Sheepy Meadows

Sheepy Meadows is an exclusive-use tipi venue set on a working farm in the Midlands countryside. Its main focus is corporate events, with open fields and rural views providing a setting for company festivals, summer parties, fun days, team-building activities, wellbeing days and business celebrations. The venue can also host launches and other gatherings shaped around an organiser's brief.

At the centre of the site is a four-hat tipi, with surrounding meadow space for outdoor activities, entertainment and breakout areas. The venue describes capacity of up to 150 people seated, or up to 200 with a mix of seating and standing. Hire includes furniture, flooring, lighting, heating and an inbuilt PA system with a microphone. Organisers can also make use of the event field, toilets, catering area and parking for up to 500 vehicles. The venue is generally open for events from April to mid-October.

Organisers can choose their own suppliers, while the Sheepy Meadows team can connect them with local catering partners, food trucks, entertainment and activities. Event planning support is also available through its partnership with Eventurous, which can assist with team-building and delivery. A dedicated event manager helps with arrangements on the day, and site visits can be booked in advance. The setting, adaptable layout and practical facilities make Sheepy Meadows a distinctive option for businesses looking to bring people together outside a conventional conference space.
