The Rosières multi-purpose hall offers several municipal spaces for private individuals and associations to hold gatherings and celebrations. Located on avenue André Jean, the rooms can accommodate groups of different sizes: the small room holds up to 50 people, the large room up to 100, and using both together allows groups of up to 150 people. The municipality also offers a room in Balbiac for up to 50 people, as well as an activity room reserved for associations outside school term. Maison des associations, with a maximum capacity of 20 people, can also be hired for meetings or small gatherings.
The main rooms are available to hire by the day and, subject to availability, for a weekend, from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening. The listed prices vary according to the space chosen and whether or not the hirer lives in the municipality. Heating and cleaning are included in the quoted price, while a deposit is required. The room in Balbiac is available for day hire only.
These spaces are suitable for private parties, meals, association meetings and other local events. Tables and chairs are available on site, and a floor plan of the multi-purpose hall can be consulted to help plan the layout. Bookings are managed by Rosières town hall. Users must provide the requested documents, comply with the municipal regulations, and leave the premises and equipment tidy after use. Hire times, availability and booking arrangements should be confirmed directly with the town hall.
