2810: a community gathering place offers a collection of bookable indoor and outdoor spaces in Richmond's Carytown district. The venue suits organisers looking for a welcoming setting for meetings, workshops, conferences, creative sessions, performances and community gatherings. Its spaces range from private studios for small groups to larger rooms for presentations and events.

The Common Room combines lounge seating, cafe tables and a large shared table in a warm, characterful setting. It can accommodate up to 100 people standing and includes Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker system. The Depot is a larger, open room for corporate meetings, conferences and performances, with a stage, presentation seating for up to 80, optional table layouts and an audiovisual projection system. It also has a kitchenette and sits beside the courtyard.

For smaller working sessions, three studios provide flexible seating, Wi-Fi and practical features such as whiteboards and mobile TVs. The courtyard offers an outdoor option with cafe tables, lounge seating, a basketball court, grill and fire pit. Additional tables, chairs and canopies are available for outdoor use.

Spaces can be booked by the hour, with a four-hour minimum. Organisers can request a tour or enquire about booking through the venue. With several room sizes and different layouts in one location, 2810 can accommodate focused group work as well as larger gatherings, presentations and community events.
