Vergadersite Oud Gasthuis in Asse offers organisers a range of spaces for meetings and other small-scale gatherings. The historic site is managed by CC Asse and is located in the centre of Asse. There are several separate rooms for groups of up to 26 people, including Willem Offhuys, Geertrui, Suzanna, Josephina, Joanna Maria, Norberta, Francisca and Benedicta. This gives organisers the option to choose a space that suits the size and character of their gathering.
For larger groups, options include the zolderzaal Elisabeth and the kapel Marie de Cotereau. These spaces are also suitable for lectures and intimate concerts for up to 100 people. The range of options makes the venue appealing for business meetings, discussions, workshops, presentations and cultural gatherings. The historic setting gives each gathering its own atmosphere, while the layout, with its different rooms, caters for groups of various sizes.
CC Asse manages the schedule and handles enquiries about availability and bookings. Organisers can contact the cultural centre directly to discuss their preferred space, date and practical arrangements. The website provides an overview of the available venues and information for anyone looking for a suitable space. This makes Oud Gasthuis a central venue in Asse for organisers looking to hire a separate meeting or event room.
