Bartmanzboot offers a unique meeting venue on a spacious houseboat on the Vecht in Loenen aan de Vecht. Teams can use the boat exclusively for a meeting, brainstorming session, training session, workshop, coaching session or presentation. The homely interior, natural light and views over the water create a peaceful setting for working together and getting away from the usual workplace.
The venue is suitable for groups of up to 15 people and can be booked for a half-day or a full day. In addition to the central meeting room, there is a separate room and an extra open space, useful for smaller group discussions or a phone call. A balcony and a spacious garden offer opportunities to take a break outdoors. Presentation facilities include Wi-Fi, a large screen with sound and a flip chart.
Food and drink can also be arranged. Options include coffee and tea packages, breakfast and lunch with items such as sandwiches, wraps and juice, with soup or salad available as an option. Dietary requirements can be catered for. Activities and workshops are also available for a meeting that calls for a little more variety. Options include a boat trip along the Vecht, a walk in the surrounding area or a team activity. During the boating season, a sloop can be used.
The venue is located between Utrecht and Amsterdam and is accessible by public transport. Free parking is a short walk away. Bartmanzboot is therefore a small-scale venue for business meetings, combining a practical meeting space with a relaxed waterside setting.
