Club Meade

Club Meade is a full-service event venue and dining facility at Fort George G. Meade in Maryland. Organisers can book the space for meetings, conferences, reunions, birthday and holiday parties, awards ceremonies, military functions and wedding receptions. The venue caters for a range of group sizes, from smaller gatherings to events of up to 400 guests.

Food and service are part of the event offering. Hosts can choose from buffet-style meals or formal seated dining, and the catering team can discuss menu adjustments to suit the occasion. The published menu includes options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as appetisers, desserts and other items. Food and drink for events at the venue are provided by Club Meade, with limited exceptions for speciality desserts arranged in advance.

The catering office handles enquiries, availability and bookings. Events are hosted throughout the week, although the office's enquiry hours are Tuesday to Friday. Guests who do not already have access to the military installation may need to provide information for entry arrangements, and organisers can speak with the catering manager about the process.

Club Meade also offers off-site catering for authorised guests at facilities on and off the installation, subject to availability. Its location, flexible dining formats and dedicated event arrangements make it suitable for both formal functions and social celebrations. Organisers can contact the catering team to discuss room availability, guest numbers and the menu for their event.
