Still Waters Ranch

Still Waters Ranch is a family-operated wedding and event venue set across 16 acres in Alvin, Texas. Its farmhouse-style reception space and peaceful outdoor setting give event planners a choice of indoor and open-air areas for ceremonies, receptions and other celebrations.

The venue can host gatherings of 50 to 300 guests. For ceremonies, there is a covered outdoor chapel with rustic benches, while the main building provides a large reception hall and two furnished lobby areas. A full-day rental runs from 9 am to midnight, giving organisers time to prepare, welcome guests and hold their event without an hourly booking limit.

The ranch includes getting-ready suites for both wedding parties. The bridal suite has dressing and hair and make-up areas, and the groom's suite offers a lounge area and private facilities. Tables and cross-back chairs are provided, with venue staff able to set them up. Organisers can also make use of the indoor bar, outdoor cocktail bar and coffee bar.

Outside, guests can gather on the covered wraparound porch or in the courtyard, where lawn games such as corn hole, giant Jenga and horseshoes provide a relaxed break between formal moments. A lake, pier, Halls Bayou and a silo offer attractive spots for photographs. There is also a large parking area for guests, suppliers and the wedding party.
