The Georgetown Stables

The Georgetown Stables is a characterful event venue in Seattle's Georgetown neighbourhood, welcoming organisers planning weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. Set in a restored historic building, it pairs original brickwork, timber beams and high ceilings with practical facilities for contemporary events.

The main room offers an open layout with a small stage and service bar. A separate lounge, which can also serve as a ready room, and an outdoor patio beneath a mature maple tree give organisers additional space and options for different parts of an event. The patio is included in the venue hire, subject to weather, while features such as patio heaters, a tent and a fire pit can be arranged for an additional fee.

The venue accommodates seated dinners for up to 80 guests, with standing capacities that vary by season. Its integrated AV setup includes a projector and screen, PA system, indoor and outdoor speakers, laptop connections and streaming capability, making the space suitable for meetings and presentations as well as celebrations. Wi-Fi, accessible facilities and nearby parking add to the practical offering.

The Stables explicitly welcomes weddings, birthdays, graduations, baby showers, family gatherings, celebrations of life and other private events. Corporate organisers can use the venue for meetings and get-togethers. Food can be arranged through its restaurant partners, with options including a taco stand, buffet service, family-style meals and passed small bites. Outside catering is also permitted. Bar service is available by arrangement, including the option to develop signature cocktails. Optional extras include upgraded linens, a vintage photo booth and parking or valet arrangements.
