The Faulkner

The Faulkner is a historic event venue in downtown Jackson, Mississippi, offering a choice of indoor spaces, a rooftop terrace and dedicated meeting rooms. Its distinctive multi-storey setting suits weddings, private celebrations and business gatherings, with different areas available to match the size and style of each occasion.

Couples can plan ceremonies and receptions at the venue, as well as bridal luncheons and rehearsal dinners. Event spaces across several floors provide options for intimate gatherings and larger celebrations, while the rooftop terrace offers an outdoor setting with views across the city. Wedding bookings can include tables and chairs, in-house audiovisual equipment, event security and parking. Organisers may choose their own licensed catering and beverage teams, with recommended vendors available for those who would like suggestions.

The venue also welcomes private and corporate events, including milestone celebrations, non-profit functions, staff parties, product launches, presentations and board meetings. Depending on the space and layout, rooms can accommodate seated dinners, ceremonies or reception-style events. The venue team can help organisers identify a suitable space and discuss how to use multiple areas for a larger gathering.

For meetings, The Front Rooms combine a boardroom and an adjoining drawing room, which can be booked for a single day or for multiple days. The rooms are suited to presentations, staff meetings and breakout sessions, with built-in audiovisual facilities. A venue manager is included with event rentals, and suppliers are given access for set-up and pack-down. This combination of heritage character, flexible event rooms and practical provisions makes The Faulkner an option for planners arranging events in central Jackson.
