The Barn at 52 Pines

The Barn at 52 Pines is a year-round venue in Burlington, a short drive from Minot, North Dakota. Its barn and surrounding outdoor areas are available for weddings, receptions, corporate events, social gatherings and other private celebrations. The flexible space can host gatherings of up to 400 people, with indoor arrangements available in every season and an outdoor area for ceremonies and events.

Venue hire includes use of the main barn and outdoor spaces, white table linens, and tables and chairs for up to 300 guests. The team handles the initial set-up and breakdown of its own tables, chairs and decor items. For wedding bookings, packages can also include a designated outdoor ceremony space, a bridal suite, a groom's loft, rehearsal time and shuttle service to the Hyatt House in Minot. On-site parking is available, and the venue hosts one event at a time.

Food and drinks can be arranged at the venue. In-house catering is required, with a choice of menu options, and guests may bring their own cakes and desserts. A full-service bar offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while outside alcohol and external beverage vendors are not permitted.
