Liverpool Olympia

Liverpool Olympia is a historic live entertainment venue on West Derby Road, available to hire for a range of events. Its main space is suited to concerts, comedy, club events and sporting productions, including boxing and similar shows. Organisers can choose from different room layouts, with a capacity of more than 1,900 for mixed standing and seated events, or over 1,200 for a fully seated arrangement. The venue has three levels, an in-house stage and production facilities, with seating configurations that can be adapted to the event format.

For smaller gatherings, the Liverpool Olympia Lounge offers a more intimate option for private parties, corporate functions, comedy and live performances. It accommodates up to 225 standing guests or 120 seated, and includes a dedicated stage, an in-house PA system, a staffed bar and guest facilities.

The venue also considers hire enquiries for filming, pre-production and photo shoots. Its varied spaces and performance infrastructure make it suitable for organisers planning live entertainment, sports events, celebrations or production work. Prospective hirers can contact the venue with details such as the event format, preferred date, operating times and expected attendance to discuss availability and arrangements. Liverpool Olympia is also an established setting for ticketed public shows, while its dedicated hire options give event planners a direct way to enquire about staging their own event there.
