Sweetwater Events Complex

Sweetwater Events Complex is a large, multi-purpose venue in Rock Springs, Wyoming, available to organisers planning public, private, sporting and business events. Its grounds bring together indoor spaces, outdoor facilities and overnight RV accommodation, making it suitable for events with different formats and attendance needs.

The 20,000-square-foot Exhibit Hall provides an open layout, breakout rooms and a registration area. It can be set up for exhibitions, banquets and classroom-style gatherings, with tables, chairs, a stage, sound system, projector and screen, Wi-Fi and a commercial kitchen available. Smaller options include Sage Hall, Spicer Pavilion and several meeting rooms, while the covered pavilions provide space for larger gatherings. An indoor arena, grandstands, agricultural facilities, horse stalls, a motocross track and a speedway support livestock shows, rodeos, motorsport events and other large-scale programmes.

The complex also has parking for thousands of vehicles and more than 1,200 RV spaces across its campgrounds. Pilot Butte Campground offers year-round RV parking, while other camping areas are available for larger events. Organisers can enquire about renting facilities for conferences, trade fairs, community events, company functions, private celebrations and weddings.
