In Harnes, Salle des Fêtes is a municipal venue for celebrations bringing together family, friends or members of an association. Its maximum capacity of 300 people makes it suitable for large gatherings such as weddings, baptisms, communions, birthdays or festive meals. The venue can host hot or cold meals, giving organisers the choice of menu and catering supplier. Crockery is included in the rental rates for one-day and two-day bookings.

Use of the venue is subject to local conditions: municipal halls are reserved for Harnes residents holding family events. Applications are made through the town hall, and bookings for Salle des Fêtes need to be made well in advance, with the town recommending that you send a letter about a year before your preferred date. The arrangements, availability and applicable rules should be confirmed directly with the municipal services.

With its generous capacity and focus on meals and private celebrations, this venue is suitable for people in the area looking for a hall where they can bring all their guests together. Organisers can plan their event around the format they have chosen, whether it is a seated meal or a family reception. The hall is therefore a municipal option for celebrating life's major milestones in Harnes, in a space designed to accommodate a large group.
