La Scène du Marais

Chaussée de Bais, 44720 Saint-Joachim, France

La Scène du Marais is a municipal venue in Saint-Joachim available for hire for community, private and corporate events. Its two configurations allow the space to be adapted to the size of the gathering: a small 200 m² room for up to 197 people, and the full 400 m² room, with a stated maximum capacity of 544 seated people, excluding the stage.
The venue is suitable for events, meetings, performances and gatherings organised by associations, businesses, local authorities or private individuals, whether or not they live in the municipality. The stage and performance equipment make it an option to consider for performances and entertainment requiring a dedicated performance space. The use of the stage, sound and lighting equipment is subject to conditions, and some groups must use a technical operator registered with the municipality.
Bookings are managed by the town council, which gives priority to its cultural programme. A visit to the venue beforehand is mandatory, and requests must be submitted to the municipal reception desk. This allows organisers to check the layout and equipment before confirming their plans. Parking is available on site, including spaces beneath the shade canopies. La Scène du Marais therefore offers a flexible hire option in the Saint-Joachim area for events of different sizes and formats.
