The West Events

The West Events is a bookable event venue in Madeira Beach, Florida, a short walk from the beach. Its industrial-inspired interior combines exposed brick, polished concrete and original architectural details, giving organisers a distinctive setting they can adapt to their own event style. Flexible open-plan areas allow the space to be arranged for different occasions, while the venue's indoor and outdoor areas create options for both the main event and guest gatherings.

The venue welcomes wedding receptions, beach wedding celebrations, birthdays, showers, corporate events, cocktail parties and other social occasions. Couples planning a beach ceremony can arrange a reception nearby, with the venue offering a rain-backup option for ceremonies when a reception is booked. A landscaped courtyard and indoor-outdoor bar provide space for guests to meet during cocktail hour or take a break outside.

Practical facilities include tables and chairs, a prep kitchen, Wi-Fi, audiovisual equipment, ambient lighting, a sound system and a VIP suite. On-site parking is available, and the venue is wheelchair accessible. Organisers can explore the layout using the floor plan and virtual tour before visiting in person.

The West Events works with an approved network of planners, caterers, bar providers and other event suppliers. Organisers should confirm vendor requirements with the venue manager, as some services must be booked through approved providers. Optional additions such as yard games, signage and a champagne wall can help tailor the space to the occasion. The venue team can also provide information about packages, bar options, planning requirements and booking details.
