Farm at Frog Hollow, LLC

Farm at Frog Hollow is a private event venue set on a historic farmstead in Boyne City, northern Michigan. Its barn, outdoor patio, multipurpose room and surrounding grounds offer organisers a choice of settings for weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, corporate gatherings, fundraisers, family celebrations, classes and other events.

The barn provides a welcoming, characterful space for seated meals or informal cocktail-style occasions. The adjoining patio offers an outdoor setting, while a smaller year-round room can suit meetings and more intimate gatherings. Organisers can also use the spaces together, for example welcoming guests in the barn, serving dinner on the patio and returning indoors for dancing. The venue describes its capacity as suitable for groups of up to 250, depending on the event and layout.

Venue hire includes a varied collection of tables, chairs and dining items, such as crockery, glassware and cutlery. Clients can arrange the furniture themselves, or ask staff about additional setup help. A commercial kitchen is available for caterers to prepare and stage food, and the venue can suggest local catering providers. Event planners may bring in outside suppliers and decorate the spaces to suit their plans. Internet access is available, and a venue representative provides an orientation for clients and planners.

A three-bedroom, two-bath farmhouse can be booked separately or alongside an event. It may serve as a preparation space for a wedding party, a practical base during the event or overnight accommodation for selected guests. This combination of indoor rooms, outdoor space and optional guest-house use gives organisers flexibility when shaping a gathering around their guests and programme.
