Paint Rock Farm

Paint Rock Farm is a countryside venue in Hot Springs, North Carolina, for organisers planning weddings, retreats and group gatherings. Set on a 162-acre property beside the French Broad River, it offers open fields, forest trails and mountain views as settings for events with a relaxed, outdoors-focused feel.

The restored 3,200-square-foot barn provides an indoor space for ceremonies, receptions, shared meals and group activities. The farm also has two formal ceremony locations, with additional outdoor areas that organisers can consider when shaping their plans. Weddings can accommodate up to 200 guests, and the venue offers a wedding liaison to help couples explore the grounds and connect with local vendors.

For multi-day gatherings, the property combines event space with onsite accommodation. Options include glamping cabins, a tiny house, tent and RV sites, so groups can stay together and make more time for their programme. The barn has a catering room, tables, seating, electricity and Wi-Fi. Guests also have access to a bathhouse, outdoor showers, fields and hiking trails through the conservation forest.

Paint Rock Farm suits planners looking for a setting for a wedding, family reunion, birthday celebration, wellness retreat or company gathering, particularly when outdoor activities and shared accommodation are part of the experience. Organisers can enquire about the venue and discuss arrangements for their specific event.
