Kulturzentrum Pumpwerk is a concert venue in Wilhelmshaven that offers event organisers rooms and event-related services. The historic industrial building was converted for cultural use and combines distinctive historic architecture with a stage for live programmes. Those planning an event can enquire about hiring spaces and rooms, as well as suitable technical and organisational services.
The venue is best known for concerts and stage events. Its programme ranges from rock, pop and jazz to comedy, cabaret, readings and events for children. Open-air events are also part of its programme. This makes Pumpwerk suitable for a range of audience formats, from music evenings and variety performances to cultural events for families. The specific use, facilities and supporting services are agreed for each event.
For event organisers, the combination of a distinctive character and a central cultural location is appealing. The historic atmosphere provides a clear setting, while the stage and event technology meet the needs of a live programme. The available event spaces and organisational arrangements can be discussed on request. Catering is arranged in line with the venue's house rules, in consultation with the operator or catering partner. Pumpwerk therefore offers organisers an established venue in Wilhelmshaven for staging concerts, cultural programmes and other suitable events in a unique building.
