BLKBX Studios & Storage

BLKBX offers bookable studio space in Franklin, Tennessee, for artists, touring productions and creative teams preparing work for the stage. The facility is designed around rehearsals and production preparation, while its studios can also be used for photo and video shoots and other events. Organisers can choose from three multipurpose studios, including 50-by-50-foot spaces and a larger studio suited to mid-sized tours and production work.

Each studio provides practical support for working teams, with features such as a mix suite, production office and green room. Shared amenities include a gym, lounges, a coffee bar, laundry facilities and showers. The site also has on-site production storage, loading docks and ramp access, making it easier to bring in equipment and manage production logistics. Power options and room dimensions vary between studios, so organisers can compare the available spaces against their technical requirements before booking.

Located a short drive from downtown Nashville, BLKBX is a useful option for event planners and production teams seeking a dedicated space for rehearsal, staging or creative preparation. It is particularly suited to projects that need room for equipment, technical setup and focused work away from a public-facing venue. The studios can also accommodate intimate performances and selected event uses. BLKBX is not presented as a traditional banquet venue, so organisers should check directly that the space and facilities suit their event format. The parent business, IPS, also provides production and audiovisual services, with preferred rental pricing available to its production clients.
