Kompastoren is a distinctive meeting venue in a former water tower dating from 1937 in Mijdrecht. The Torenkamer is 34.5 metres above the ground and is suitable for groups of 2 to 20 people. When you book, your group has exclusive use of the three spaces: the loft, the entresol and the woonkeuken. They are semi-open-plan and offer a range of options for meetings, presentations and informal breaks. From the tower, you can look out over the Groene Hart between Amsterdam and Utrecht.

The spaces are set up for meetings, training sessions, workshops and brainstorming sessions. Facilities include a meeting table, a multimedia screen with writing function, a flip chart, fast Wi-Fi and a 360° camera. There are also lounge areas and a brainstorming corner. Coffee, tea, water and snacks are available, and a meeting package with lunch can be arranged. The woonkeuken has space for the group to have lunch or dinner together.

On the ground floor is Kompascafé, where guests can meet for coffee, lunch or drinks. An event can be spread across several areas: hold a meeting in the Torenkamer, take a break or brainstorm in the entresol, then finish with a drink in the café. The venue can be hired for a half-day or a longer event. Parking is available nearby, and the tower is a short drive from the A2. Organisers can request a tour in advance and discuss a tailored proposal.
