Heron's Hollow, LLC

Heron's Hollow is a private event venue set across 31 acres in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania. Organisers can hire the property for weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, baby showers and other gatherings, with outdoor settings among the pond, woods and open countryside, as well as a reception barn for indoor celebrations.

The climate-controlled barn offers more than 3,000 square feet of space and can accommodate events in every season. Tables, chairs and tablecloths are available, along with a caterer preparation area, commercial refrigeration and a five-stall restroom trailer. Organisers can choose their own catering and beverage suppliers, with no vendor restrictions stated by the venue.

For weddings, the property is offered as a relaxed, full-weekend setting, with space for a ceremony, reception and time together before and after the main celebration. Couples can use the grounds and barn, and there is also a micro-wedding option for smaller groups. The team offers flexible support to help organisers make use of the site while retaining room to shape their own plans.

Three on-site houses provide nine bedrooms and accommodation for around 30 overnight guests, making it possible for a group to stay together. The lodging includes practical amenities such as kitchens, patios, fire pits and hot tubs. Retreat organisers can also hire the property for wellness programmes and other group stays, with the owners available to share local supplier recommendations or let organisers run their programme independently. The combination of private grounds, indoor event space and overnight lodging suits planners looking for a gathering that can unfold over more than one day.
