Buitenplaats de Luwte is situated on the Vecht, a short drive from Zwolle city centre. Its rural setting provides a backdrop for business meetings, weddings, anniversaries and other celebrations. Organisers can hold a meeting, training session or team day here, as well as a dinner, drinks reception or festive celebration. The venue is happy to help plan the programme and culinary reception.

The meeting rooms can accommodate groups of up to 50 people in a theatre-style layout. Presentation equipment includes a screen and a flip chart. The meeting room has its own coffee station and terrace. A meeting can be extended with lunch, dinner or drinks in the pavilion, overlooking the river and the surrounding countryside. There are also opportunities for outdoor activities, so a business day can be combined with time in nature.

The pavilion is available to hire for groups holding weddings and other celebrations. The sunny terrace by the water offers space for a relaxed welcome or get-together. Those planning a stay of several days can use the group accommodation for up to 20 people and the B&B rooms. The estate also has camping pitches. This means guests can stay on site after a party or team programme. Buitenplaats de Luwte is therefore ideal for organisers who want to combine a meeting, accommodation and informal activities at one green venue near Zwolle.
