Palm Valley Barn

Palm Valley Barn is a country-style venue in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, where event planners can host weddings, private celebrations, corporate gatherings and community events. Set beneath established oak trees, the property offers a relaxed alternative to a conventional hotel or meeting room, with indoor space and grounds that can be adapted to suit different occasions.

The venue welcomes couples planning engagement celebrations, elopements, micro-weddings and larger wedding ceremonies and receptions. Its wedding options are designed for different sizes and styles of celebration, including intimate ceremonies and gatherings for up to 50 guests. The Barn can also host birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, graduations, retirement parties and celebrations of life. Indoors, it can accommodate up to 120 guests, with additional outdoor space available.

For business and community organisers, the property is suited to team gatherings, holiday parties, client events, fundraisers and local meetings. The venue takes a flexible approach to event design, allowing hosts to shape the layout, catering, décor and entertainment around their plans. Organisers can bring their own suppliers, with the team available to help with planning, vendor introductions, setup, event timing and coordination on the day. This makes Palm Valley Barn a practical choice for hosts who want support while retaining control over the character of their event. Prospective clients can enquire about an event proposal or arrange a tour to see the setting and discuss their requirements.
