Foyer Rural de Saint-Martin-de-Bernegoue provides organisers with two municipal rooms for private, community or local events. Located on route de Brûlain, close to Niort, it offers a practical option for holding a family celebration, a meal, a meeting or a community gathering in the town.

The large room, upstairs, can accommodate up to 185 people standing. It has parquet flooring and a stage that can be accessed from both sides, making it suitable for speeches, activities or performances. The number of seated guests depends on the table layout chosen by the hirer. The ground-floor room, also known as the former canteen, is suited to smaller gatherings and can accommodate up to 40 people.

An equipped kitchen is accessible from the downstairs room. It includes a sink, a gas cooker with an oven and a commercial refrigerator. The venue also has a reception hall and shared toilets. Sound equipment and lighting are not provided, so this is something to plan for when preparing the event. The two rooms can be hired as needed, subject to municipal conditions and availability. Rates and booking arrangements are available from the town hall. Foyer Rural is not available for hire on the day before or on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
