The Madeleine Guillemot community hall is a municipal venue available to hire in Charentilly for private or community gatherings. With a stated area of 216 m² and a maximum capacity of 250 people, it is suitable for events that need a large, flexible space, such as a family celebration, a community meal or a reception. The kitchen is included in the hire options listed by the municipality.

Several hire periods are available, from a Saturday day hire to bookings covering one or two nights and the whole weekend. This flexibility makes it possible to tailor the booking to the event schedule and the time needed to prepare the hall or tidy up after the reception. Different rates apply to residents of Charentilly and people from outside the municipality. Heating charges may apply during the winter, and deposits are required for cleaning, waste and the hall.

Bookings are subject to availability. The municipality invites anyone interested to make enquiries before submitting an application, and then to consult the application information and regulations published on its website. This allows organisers to check the conditions that apply to their event and choose a suitable hire period. Located on rue du Clos Faroux, this municipal hall offers a practical setting for bringing guests together in one space, with a kitchen available and a capacity suited to medium-sized and large events.
