Hubert Yencesse hall is a municipal venue for hire in the heart of Chambourcy, in the Le Manoir building. With an area of around 188 m², it is suitable for exhibitions, business seminars and various community or cultural events. It can accommodate up to 50 people seated or 188 people standing without furniture, allowing for several layout options depending on the format planned.

The hall is bright and adaptable. Subject to availability, the municipality provides rectangular tables, chairs and modular stage platforms. Exhibition organisers can also request equipment suitable for displaying works, such as screens, display cabinets, plinths, easels and rods for picture rails. The space also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee makers, kettle and sink.

The hall is available to hire by private individuals and businesses, subject to availability. Requests should be made to the town's events department, which can provide details of the arrangements, current rates and equipment available for the requested date. During the week, the hall can be hired for one day. At weekends, the hire period runs from Friday evening to Monday morning. Special terms are available for artists wishing to organise an exhibition, with several hire periods to choose from and, with some options, an opening reception organised by the town council. Associations based in Chambourcy can use the hall free of charge.
