The Edward Anne Estate at Bavaria Downs

The Edward Anne Estate at Bavaria Downs offers a distinctive setting for weddings, corporate gatherings and social celebrations in Chaska, Minnesota. Set amid open meadows, mature oak trees and landscaped grounds, the estate combines the character of a country property with facilities designed for contemporary events. A private approach leads to gardens and a lake, giving couples and organisers a range of scenic backdrops for photographs and ceremonies.

The venue has indoor and outdoor options, including a courtyard for ceremonies and a grand ballroom for receptions and larger gatherings. The estate also provides private preparation suites, so wedding parties can get ready on site before the occasion begins. Its event packages include venue hire, tables and chairs, linens, selected décor, audio-visual equipment, parking and support from a venue coordinator. Wedding options range from more flexible packages to a streamlined package that can bring catering and selected suppliers together. The venue works with an exclusive catering partner, while organisers can also ask about corporate packages for company events and parties.

For event planners, the estate offers a dedicated location where ceremony, reception and guest preparation can be arranged within one property. Venue staff and attendants help with the practical flow of the day, including guest arrival and transitions between spaces. The Edward Anne Estate is suited to organisers seeking an elegant, countryside-style venue near Minneapolis, with event support and package options that can be tailored to the occasion.
