The Centre de Congrès d'Aurillac offers flexible spaces for conferences, seminars, meetings, trade fairs and other business events or events open to the public. Its Pierre Terrisse auditorium is suited to plenary sessions and can accommodate up to 443 people, depending on the layout. It includes a stage, sound and lighting control room, projection equipment and Wi-Fi. Hire of this space includes the assistance of a technician for the control room.

Several breakout rooms are available for workshops, small-group meetings or work sessions. They can be arranged in a U shape, square, classroom or forum layout, depending on requirements. The reception areas make it easy for participants to arrive and can accommodate a cloakroom or stands. An exhibition space completes the offering, providing room to showcase products, set up stands or welcome guests for a drinks reception. It can also be set up as an additional room.

A nearby bar area can be used for breaks, coffee receptions and informal gatherings. Organisers can manage the drinks themselves or request a service from the venue team. The centre considers requests based on the format of each event and can support organisers with planning, welcoming guests and technical arrangements. The range of spaces makes it possible to hold several parts of the same programme on site, from the conference and workshops to informal discussions or an exhibition.
