The Arbor Event Center

The Arbor Event Center is a ballroom and event venue in Idaho Falls, offering a welcoming setting for weddings, receptions, birthdays and corporate gatherings. Its grand ballroom features stained glass windows, a dance floor, a stage and an indoor balcony overlooking the room. A private room for the couple, a kitchen and event furnishings help organisers plan a celebration in one location.

Venue hire includes full-day access, tables and chairs, along with speaker and microphone access. For couples and organisers who would like support with the room's appearance, The Arbor offers décor packages that can include linens, centrepieces, table styling, signage and set-up and take-down. Decorators can also provide an off-site package for events held at another venue, with items such as tables, chairs, linens, faux flowers and lighting options.

The venue also has a basement dining room and kitchen, available as an additional space for meals and smaller gatherings. The business lists full catering as an add-on, with details available by enquiry. Organisers can contact the team to discuss dates, services and a quote, or arrange a visit to view the space. With a ballroom suited to celebrations and practical extras available, The Arbor gives event planners a flexible Idaho Falls location for bringing guests together.
