The Oaks at Heavenly

The Oaks at Heavenly is a wedding and event venue in Helotes, Texas, set among the scenery of the Texas Hill Country. Its indoor and outdoor spaces are offered for weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate gatherings and other private events, with capacity for up to 250 guests.

For wedding ceremonies, the venue has an outdoor lawn with a wooden arbor, while the courtyard provides a separate setting for guests to gather between the ceremony and reception. The modern reception hall includes a dance floor and bar area, and can be arranged for dinner and evening celebrations. The grounds also offer opportunities for photographs, with oak trees and Hill Country views forming a distinctive backdrop.

Organisers can choose an a la carte option, bringing in their preferred suppliers, or select an all-inclusive package that brings together catering, in-house décor and DJ services. Intimate wedding packages are also available for smaller ceremonies of up to 30 guests. For corporate occasions, the venue welcomes fundraisers, galas, luncheons, holiday parties and learning sessions, with catering and menu choices and options for hosted or cash bars.

The Oaks at Heavenly has approximately 3,500 square feet of event space. Its setting and range of indoor and outdoor areas make it suitable for both formal receptions and more relaxed gatherings. Event planners can contact the venue to discuss the occasion, explore the available arrangements and book a tour before choosing the space that best fits their plans.
