Toddy Oaks

Toddy Oaks is a privately bookable indoor and outdoor venue in Katy, Texas, suited to weddings, social gatherings and corporate occasions. Its choice of spaces gives event planners room to shape the setting around the size and style of their event, from an intimate gathering to a celebration for larger groups. The venue states that its wedding capacity can reach 500 guests.

Indoor options include the Tasting Room, with a catering kitchen, bar, fireplace and built-in sound system, as well as the Sunset Bar, Patio Room, lobby and two upstairs suites. The suites can provide private space for wedding parties, smaller meetings or VIP guests. The Tasting Room can be arranged for ceremonies or banqueting, while the Patio Room offers an air-conditioned option for smaller parties, showers and buffet service.

Outside, a broad wooden deck, covered stage and green space are set around a mature oak tree. The deck can be reserved as a whole or divided into sections, and additional bars can be arranged outdoors. A covered walkway provides further room for tables, seating or serving areas. This mix of indoor and outdoor settings supports ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, showers, birthdays, reunions, quinceañeras, meetings and company parties.

An on-site coordinator works with clients on event details, and the venue offers a preferred vendor list. Toddy Oaks also produces drinks at its own winery, brewery and distillery, with beverage service available as part of the venue experience. Its team invites organisers to arrange a private tour and discuss the spaces, layout and budget for their event.
