Studio Benz is a rentable event space in Fellbach-Oeffingen for private, closed events. The modern space is suitable for weddings, birthdays and other personal occasions, for example. According to the current rental agreement, it can accommodate up to 80 people, with seating at tables for 60. For summer events, a terrace with parasols is also included.
The facilities make planning and running an event on site easier: the room has tables and chairs, high tables, and a bar with bar stools. Drinks fridges, refrigerators and dishwashers are also provided. A sound system is available for music. This allows event planners and hosts to tailor the space to the occasion and organise catering according to their own preferences.
Studio Benz provides the venue, while tenants choose their own catering. Anyone who already has a party catering service or wants to organise the food themselves can make their own arrangements. Caterer contacts can be recommended on request. The available room layouts and rental terms can be reviewed before booking. Sending an enquiry with the preferred date makes it possible to arrange a viewing.
According to the rental documents, the hire period runs from the morning of the event until midday the following day. Additional services, such as end-of-hire cleaning or extra equipment, can be agreed in line with the relevant terms. When planning, the requirements for closed events and local quiet hours must be observed. Studio Benz therefore offers a self-managed venue for celebrations where organisers want to coordinate the space, catering and schedule themselves.
