Elsworth at the Mill

Elsworth at the Mill is a characterful venue for weddings, civil ceremonies, private celebrations and business events in the historic High Corn Mill in Skipton. Its setting brings together original mill features, a spacious event room and views towards Skipton Woods, offering organisers a distinctive place for gatherings of different kinds.

The venue can host seated dining for up to 64 guests and more informal occasions for up to 80. Couples can hold a civil ceremony and reception at the mill, with venue hire and event arrangements tailored to the occasion. The space also suits birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, memorial gatherings and other private celebrations. For business organisers, it can be used for meetings, corporate events, workshops and away days, as well as photoshoots and filming.

Food is an important part of the offer. The in-house kitchen prepares menus for private dining and event bookings, with options including formal meals, buffets and more relaxed food-led gatherings. Organisers can also arrange drinks through the venue's bar, and the team can discuss the practical details of a booking, including room set-up and catering choices.

Alongside private hire, Elsworth at the Mill runs its own programme of supper clubs, food and wine events, cookery demonstrations and live music evenings. This gives event planners a venue with hospitality experience and a setting suited to both personal celebrations and professional occasions. The venue is centrally located in Skipton, with parking available at High Corn Mill and further town-centre parking nearby.
