Roaring River Vineyards, LLC

Roaring River Vineyards offers a collection of private event spaces beside the Roaring River in Traphill, North Carolina. The setting brings together vineyard scenery, wooded hillsides and river views, with indoor and outdoor options for weddings, corporate gatherings and personal celebrations.

The outdoor pavilion is the larger space, accommodating gatherings of up to 100 guests. It has a covered layout, retractable walls, a dance floor and a stage, making it suitable for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, company events, seminars and milestone celebrations. The pavilion is seasonally available from May to October. For smaller groups, The Party Place combines an indoor gathering room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting space, plus a covered porch and outdoor deck overlooking the river. The porch can seat up to 24 people, while the indoor dining area seats up to 14.

An alfresco area with a fireplace and garden provides an additional place for guests to gather, and couples can hold ceremonies beneath a pergola framed by mature trees. The spaces can be used separately or together, depending on the occasion and group size. Weddings are a specifically offered service, alongside family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, showers, graduation celebrations and business meetings.

On-site lodging is available for guests who want to stay at the vineyard during a celebration. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss availability, pricing and which space suits their plans. Roaring River Vineyards also provides a list of recommended event vendors, giving planners options as they arrange the other details of their event.
