The Raw Space

The Raw Space is a multipurpose venue in Detroit available to hire for gatherings that bring people together around community, culture, learning and business. Its flexible setting can suit organisers looking for a place to hold a lecture, educational programme, community meeting or pop-up shop. It also provides a venue for celebrations such as birthday parties, banquets and baby showers.

The space is intended for a varied mix of users, including artists, entrepreneurs, community leaders and local groups with an idea to share. Rather than focusing on one event format, it offers a place that organisers can adapt to the purpose and character of their gathering. This makes it relevant for both practical meetings and more social occasions, as well as creative and community-led programmes.

Organisers can enquire about hiring the venue and arrange a booking directly with the business. The Raw Space is located on West McNichols Road in Detroit, in the Bagley neighbourhood. Its website provides booking and contact details for people planning an event or looking to discuss a proposed use of the space.

For event planners seeking a local, multipurpose setting, The Raw Space offers an option for bringing guests, participants or customers together in one place. Its range of potential uses includes educational sessions, community events, retail pop-ups and private celebrations, giving organisers room to shape the gathering around their own aims.
