Studio 919 at The Texas Tribune

Studio 919 at The Texas Tribune is a bookable meeting and event space in downtown Austin, a short walk from the Texas State Capitol. Its approximately 1,000-square-foot room suits organisers planning business meetings, workshops, training sessions, panel discussions, screenings, podcast recordings and cocktail receptions. The venue offers several layouts, including boardroom, classroom, theatre and standing reception arrangements, with capacity depending on the configuration.

The room comes with chairs, tables, cocktail tables, a stage and guest Wi-Fi. An onsite event coordinator can help with room set-up and breakdown, while organisers can discuss catering arrangements and use of the nearby preparation kitchen. The flexible space can be arranged for presentations, group discussions, networking or smaller productions.

Studio 919 also provides professional audio and video facilities for events that need more than a room. Options include microphones and sound support, a large video wall, recording, livestreaming and post-production services. Its cameras can capture sessions without requiring operators to work among the guests, and the digital backdrop can display a logo or other visual content. Additional technical requirements can be discussed when requesting a quote.

Bookings are available for half-day, full-day and multi-day events, with pricing tailored to the event and selected services. Located at 919 Congress Avenue, the venue is convenient for downtown Austin guests. Organisers can enquire with details of their event to confirm availability, room configuration and production needs.
