Boettcher Mansion

Boettcher Mansion is a historic event venue on Lookout Mountain in Golden, Colorado, available for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, meetings and memorial services. Set within a nature preserve, the estate combines an Arts and Crafts-era mansion with mountain scenery, gardens and outdoor gathering spaces. Its elevated setting offers a distinctive backdrop for events while remaining within reach of Denver.

For weddings and social occasions, organisers can reserve the main house, Carriage House and Gazebo. The Fireside Room is suited to receptions and indoor gatherings, while the patio and garden grounds provide options for outdoor ceremonies and guest photographs. The venue can accommodate weddings of up to 150 people. Clients can bring in specialist suppliers of their choice, including caterers, and the venue provides a dedicated events supervisor to assist with planning. Preparation and clear-up periods are included in the main house reservation arrangements.

The mansion also offers meeting rooms for business gatherings, workshops and smaller functions. The Fireside Room can host up to 72 people, the Carriage House up to 24, and the Columbine Room up to six. Room layouts can be arranged for different meeting needs, and screen equipment is available in selected spaces. Meeting bookings are generally offered during weekday daytime hours, with some weekend availability by advance arrangement.

For memorial services, the Fireside Room and Carriage House offer quieter settings with separate reservation arrangements. Across its event spaces, Boettcher Mansion gives organisers a choice of historic interiors, patios and landscaped grounds, supported by venue staff. Site visits can be arranged by appointment so planners can explore the rooms and grounds before choosing a space.
