La salle Tri'Postale is a community hall available to hire on rue des Écoles, in Vineuil, for public or private events. With a maximum capacity of 70 seated or 100 standing, it is suitable for community gatherings, meetings and family celebrations in a friendly setting. The stated capacity includes everyone present, particularly the audience, speakers and staff involved.

The hall is hired as a whole. Tables and chairs are provided at no extra charge, and the price includes the hire as well as electricity, water, heating and maintenance of the premises. The sound equipment is subject to specific conditions and is not advertised as an option available to all hirers. Organisers can consult the municipal rates and regulations before submitting a request to the town hall.

Access to the hall is granted according to the priorities set by the municipality: municipal events, Vineuil associations, then residents of the municipality for their family events. The booking must be requested in advance and remains subject to the mayor's authorisation. The conditions also require compliance with safety rules, the return of the premises clean and tidy, and public liability insurance. Located behind the post office, the hall is a municipal option for organisers looking for a functional space in the Vineuil area.
