The multi-purpose hall in Beaufay is a municipal venue for small receptions and community gatherings. Located on rue des Douves, it is intended for residents looking for a place to bring together family, friends or members of an association for a meal or celebration. Reservations are made through the town hall office and are only available to residents of the municipality, an important condition to bear in mind before planning an event.

The reception room can accommodate up to 50 people seated when the tables are set up. It is therefore suitable for small-scale occasions such as a family meal, birthday, party or event organised by a local association. The municipality has separate arrangements for small receptions and events involving catering. Chairs can also be hired, allowing you to meet your furniture needs depending on the layout you have in mind.

The venue is available in 24-hour periods. The hire period starts at 9 am for a lunch or at 4 pm for an evening meal, and ends at the same time the following day. This gives you time to set up the room and put it back in order after the reception. The municipality sets the rates and rules of use, and also requires a deposit from private individuals. To check availability, booking conditions and the rules that apply to your event, contact Beaufay town hall directly. This hall is a practical local option for organising a friendly gathering, provided you live in the municipality and stay within the stated capacity.
