Saugerties Performing Arts Factory (SPAF)

SPAF is a wedding and event venue in Saugerties, in New York's Hudson Valley. Set in a former early-1900s notebook factory, the venue pairs warehouse character, including exposed brick and large windows, with modern touches. Its indoor hall and leafy outdoor grounds give event planners a choice of backdrops for ceremonies, receptions and other celebrations.

The venue is particularly suited to weddings, while also welcoming private and corporate gatherings. Couples can hold their ceremony, drinks reception and celebration in one location, with indoor arrangements available if the weather changes. SPAF's current guidance says the space can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated event with a dance floor, or up to 500 for a cocktail-style gathering. The kitchen prepares food in-house, with seasonal ingredients and adaptable menus, including options for a range of dietary requirements. Tables, chairs, table linen, place settings and glassware are among the items included in wedding rentals, with optional extras available to personalise the occasion.

SPAF hosts one event per week, giving each booking dedicated use of the property. On-site parking, wheelchair access and a venue manager during weddings add practical support for organisers and guests. The venue is near Saugerties and Woodstock, making it a distinctive Hudson Valley setting for a day or evening celebration.
