OC De Roose is a meeting centre in the De Biest neighbourhood of Waregem where associations and private individuals can reserve a room for a variety of activities. You can choose from two multipurpose rooms: a large room of 157 m² and a small room of 77 m². Both can also be used together, giving a total area of 234 m². Depending on the room layout, there is space for 40 to 140 people with furniture. Without furniture, the maximum capacities are higher, up to 300 people when both rooms and the entrance hall are included.

The rooms are equipped for meetings and festive activities. Tables, chairs, bar stools and party tables are available. There are also, among other things, fridges, a bar, free Wi-Fi and a fixed projection screen in both rooms. Drinks can be provided through the meeting centre. Anyone wishing to view the venue in advance can arrange an appointment by phone.

You can check availability and request a booking online. The rooms are not suitable for every type of event: strictly commercial and strictly religious activities are not permitted, nor are engagement and wedding parties, multi-day private parties and funeral meals. Therefore, check the user regulations and the conditions for your activity in advance. OC De Roose thus offers organisers a practical, adaptable venue for permitted meetings and celebrations in Waregem.
