Groups can choose from a range of creative activities. These include workshops in painting on wooden panels, decorating a glass vase, adding dots to porcelain, painting a tapas board, making a wall hanging or upcycling a mirror. Participants choose their own colours and images, giving each piece its own character. The finished artwork can usually be taken home at the end of the workshop. Some materials, such as epoxy, need extra time to dry.
The workshops are arranged by appointment for private groups, usually of four or more people. The group size depends on the activity chosen. Most sessions last around three hours, although this can vary from one workshop to another. Coffee, tea or soft drinks and a little something to eat add to the relaxed, informal atmosphere. Parking is available at the venue, and timings are agreed together.
Wil ie Kunst also helps plan creative activities at your own venue. For larger groups, a collaborative artwork can be designed and created by arrangement, for example for an office or reception area. The studio gives organisers an accessible group activity where participants can get creative together and take home a tangible reminder.
