Dorfgemeinschaftshaus Dorstadt offers a range of rooms for hire for events. The main space is a hall, which is suitable for larger gatherings. For smaller celebrations and meetings, there is a bar room, which the municipality says is intended for events with up to around 70 people. A club room and the kitchen can also be hired. This allows you to choose a room to suit the occasion and the planned size of your event.

The rooms are available to both residents of Dorstadt and people from elsewhere. They could be used for private celebrations, events organised by clubs and other gatherings that require a room of their own. The rooms are rented by arrangement. The municipal website provides information about the conditions of use and fees, as well as booking documents. A designated contact person is available to answer questions and handle rental enquiries.

When planning, organisers should take account of the applicable house rules and the agreed conditions of use. These include arrangements for handing over and cleaning the rooms, as well as for handling the available equipment. An additional flat-rate heating charge may apply when the rooms are used during the colder months. Dorfgemeinschaftshaus provides a local venue for events in rooms of different sizes, allowing you to choose a space that suits the occasion. Details about availability, procedures and specific requirements can be agreed directly with the rental team.
