Room with a View

Room with a View is a private event venue in Nashville's historic Marathon Village, set inside a former car factory. Its third-floor loft combines the character of the old industrial building with views across the downtown skyline. Exposed brick, timber details, hardwood floors and generous windows give the space a distinctive setting for both formal occasions and relaxed celebrations.

The venue welcomes weddings and receptions, as well as anniversaries, birthdays, vow renewals, corporate functions, holiday parties, reunions and photo shoots. It can accommodate up to 200 guests standing, or around 150 for a seated event. Organisers can arrange the room to suit their plans, with tables and chairs available as part of the rental. The venue also has a catering kitchen, bar access, a permanent stage and audiovisual facilities. Clients may choose their own suppliers, and the venue can share a list of vendors familiar with the space.

Two ready rooms provide places for hosts and guests to prepare or take a quiet break. The larger Engine Room, on the floor below, can also be booked for smaller gatherings such as meetings, showers and holiday parties. Guests enter through the building's historic car museum, and the venue has lift access and two complimentary parking lots.

A venue manager serves as the organiser's contact during planning, with a venue representative available on the event day. Room with a View is also available for filming and photography, making the historic building and surrounding Marathon Village an appealing backdrop beyond the main event space.
