Ashton Gatehouse

Ashton Gatehouse offers a distinctive setting for small meetings and work sessions in Bristol. The historic building, once an entrance to the Ashton Court Estate, is available to hire for business and community use. Its meeting room can suit out-of-office meetings, interviews, appraisals, training sessions and workshops, as well as hobby and craft activities.

The Gatehouse also has an office available as an occasional workspace. Set on the Ashton Park School grounds in Bower Ashton, it provides a quieter alternative to working in a busy town-centre location, with on-site parking. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss the room and office, check availability and arrange a booking.

The building dates from around 1805 and has Regency Gothic features, giving meetings and workshops a setting with a strong local identity. Its connection to Ashton Court and its history also makes the Gatehouse an interesting place for visitors to discover. The venue is operated in association with Ashton Park, and booking information is available through its room-hire service.

For event planners seeking a compact venue for a focused gathering, training or team session, Ashton Gatehouse offers a practical meeting space in a memorable heritage building. Contact the team directly to confirm which facilities and arrangements are available for your planned use.
